Relationships Australia have launched a new Gambling Intake Service which provides dedicated counsellors to respond to phone calls and emails without requiring patrons to book an appointment.
The new service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and is manned by a qualified gambling counsellor who can talk to new clients or those enquiring about seeking help, book appointments with a counsellor for any region, and answer queries from venue staff, other agencies or members of the public.
