Anna was appointed to the Executive Director - Gaming Care in September 2019. Anna leads and oversees the important work of the hotels responsible gambling early intervention agency.

Anna comes to Gaming Care with an impressive work history, including working as a qualified lawyer across the areas of liquor licensing, gaming and planning, workers compensation and employment relations. She was more recently the General Manager of Member Services at the Motor Trades Association of South Australia. 

Before commencing with Gaming Care in March 2010 Natasha held a senior position in the Gambling Administration Section of the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner (now CBS).  During her time with Gaming Care, Natasha worked as a Gaming Care Officer for seven years before moving to the position of Administration and Policy Officer in March 2017, and commenced her current role as Deputy Director - Gaming Care in September 2019.

In addition to liaising with regulators and Gambling Help Services, Natasha provides input in the development of gambling policy and maintains strong working relationships between industry, regulators and other organisations.  She also administers Gaming Care’s database and manages the regulatory reporting obligations. In addition Natasha also provides ongoing administrative assistance to the General Manager and Gaming Care Officers and telephone support for venue staff when required.

Nicole provides support for licensees and staff located in the following regions:

John provides support for licensees and staff located in the following regions:

• Far North
