Consumer and Business Services (CBS) have developed a new Gaming Self-Assessment Compliance Audit Checklist that reflects the changes to gambling legislation that took effect on 3 December 2020.  The checklist may assist licensees in assessing the level of compliance with legislation, regulations, licence conditions and code of practice for gaming machines.

Where the self-assessment checklist makes reference to policies and procedures, licensees may refer to the Responsible Gambling Document for compliance with these matters.
