RSG 3  is  offered VIRTUALLY or On-line . Virtual training via Zoom will require your staff member to have a device with a camera and a microphone.  Smart phones WILL NOT suit the requirements of Virtual training.  If your staff member does not have such a device, you may wish to consider them using your venue device.

All gaming employees who have previously completed RSG 2 (formerly Advanced Gaming Training)  must complete this course within two years of the completion of the initial RSG 2 training. 

RSG 3 Virtual will be conducted between 10am and 2pm.  Please scroll down for the RSG 3 booking form.

When booking staff into RSG 3 training, it will be necessary to provide a current certificate number for each staff member who will be enrolled in this course to demonstrate that the staff member has previously undertaken  RSG 2 (Advanced Gaming Training)

All bookings must be made under the Hotel at which the employee is employed and the booking must be authorised by the Venue/Gaming Manager or the person specified in the Hotels Training Policy prior to booking.
