Gaming Care’s structure includes a Board to provide overall governance and strategic and political direction to the Agency. The Board has been established with five directors. They are;

Matthew Binns AHA|SA Councillor/Hotelier
Gaming Care employs aGeneral Manager responsible for the management and supervision of the Agency Function, an Executive Officer has responsiblity for Gambling Help Service coordination, community liason and specific projects and a Data Administration Assistant. Six Gaming Care Officers are employed to support the hotel industry in implementing early intervention strategies, achieve a high level of compliance and to facilitate a collaborative and cooperative relationship between gaming venues and gambling help services.
Wally Woehlert
General Manager
Wally commenced his position as General Manager in 2009. He has a long history with the AHA|SA and hotel industry, including seven years as AHA|SA Deputy General Manager, ten years as General Manager of a hotel group and holding an executive position on the AHA|SA Council and a Gaming Care Board Member.
Rhonda Turley
Executive Officer
In May 2004, Rhonda became the first AHA|SA Responsible Gambling Officer. In September 2005 she was appointed the inaugural Executive Officer of Gaming Care. Before joining the AHA|SA she spent 18 years in the non government community service sector working in the area of poverty and disadvantage including contributing to public policy to combat poverty, including the negative impact of gambling.
Didier Vollerin
Gaming Care Officer
Prior to Didier joining Gaming Care his extensive hospitality experience, skills and gaming industry knowledge included his time as Security Shift Supervisor with a casino and working for a large city hotel. He has also spent time working in the automotive industry in South Australia.
Regions: Western Adelaide - Port Adelaide/West Metro (shared); Eyre and Western - Port Lincoln/Whyalla/Ceduna.
Lisa Menadue
Gaming Care Officer
Lisa brings many years of experience and understanding of problem gambling through her former role as a gambling financial counsellor with a State government agency, supporting people impacted by problem gambling and financial crisis. Lisa has well established relationships with the venues surrounding her former workplace.
Regions: Eastern Adelaide (shared) - East Metro; Yorke and Mid North (shared) - Yorke Peninsula/Port Pirie/Upper North East.
Natasha Neame
Gaming Care Officer
Natasha brings to Gaming Care a wealth of expertise and experience in the area of gaming legislation, regulation and codes of practice compliance. This is culminated with her knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry gained from her former position with the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner.
Regions: Southern Adelaide (shared); Eastern Adelaide - Adelaide CBD (shared) and North Adelaide; Limeston Coast - Mt Gambier.
Lorraine Engst
Gaming Care Officer
The diverse and extensive experience that Lorraine contributes inlucdes over fourteen years in hospitality and gaming covering all facets of the industry, including managing gaming room and being a gaming consultant for a large South Australian 'loyalty' group a role that also included the delivery of accredited training.
Regions: Eastern Adelaide - Adelaide CBD (shared); Adelaide Hills; Murray Mallee - Murray Bridge/Berri.
John Hilton
Gaming Care Officer
John brings to Gaming Care an extensive range of skills, experience and knowledge from a varied background including managing a small business and as a Host Responsibility Coordinator in a casion environment. He is also an experience trainer.
Regions: Western Adelaide - West Metro (shared); Northern Adelaide (shared); Barossa - Gawler; Far North - Port Augusta/Roxby Downs.
Nicole Checker
Gaming Care Officer
The development and implementation of initiatives to improve customer service and business results through venue based assistance along with valuable insight into patron care are some of the attributes that Nicole brings to Gaming Care. Her experience includes working in a front line position in a casino environment including that of a Host Responsibility Coordinator.
Regions: Southern Adelaide (shared); Northern Adelaide (shared); Yorke and Mid North (shared) - Lower/Mid North; Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island.
Jacqueline Woodward
Gaming Care Officer Data & Administration
Jacqueline came directly to Gaming Care from the AHA|SA. She brings with her over twelve years of valuable industry knowledge, skills and experience. Her background also includes working as a volunteer with community service agencies. Jacqueline will work with both Gaming Care and the Licensed Clubs Club Safe in the area of data collection.
